Biography


I am R B Robbins. I was born on July 20 1965 in Portland, ME USA . I grew up in the western part of
Sebago Lakes Region of Maine called Bridgton, a small town of 3700 people. I was one in a family of
six. I have three siblings, two brothers and a sister. I was raised from middle class family. My Dad
was a Lineman for Central Maine Power and my mother was a homemaker.

I was a very busy kid my childhood years with friends playing sports. I went on to High school and played
variety of sports football, and basketball. I graduated from Lake Region High School in June
of 1984. In 1984 I started my journey to get my engineering degree. I was in and out of college.
In 2001 went back to Wentworth institute of technology to get my associates degree in mechanical
engineering graduated in 2002. then I went on to pursue my bachelors degree
Mechanical Engineering Design I received a bachelor of science in August of 2006.

In October 1988, I started my ventures with design artistically. I have been doing this for 33 years. I have
done numerous showings, exhibitions and done a few projects for commission. I have done
many shows such as New England Craft fair shows, Buffalo art festival in Buffalo NY, Wickford art
festival in Wickford Rhode Island, Mystic art festival in Mystic Connecticut, and all the way up to
Portland Maine for Sidewalk art festival. In December 1992, I did an original to help promote Maine
Special Olympics to make posters to celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary. In December 1992 I put
two my originals in a poetry book called Cafe Review. In October 2000, I did an Original for Bruce
Marshall Group for their next album called paper trail. In October 2000, I did an original with
Eric John Norman, he had a bunch of songs he was going to play at open mics he gave me the
go ahead of using his songs and produced an original called Livewire.

Today, I am settled in a town in western part of Maine called Sebago. I work and do work around the
house, projects. On my free time I draw and color. I want to thank you for reading the bio.
